Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund requests, trials, one-time purchases, and payment disputes are handled by MyInterviewGenius.

Nature of Services
MyInterviewGenius provides digital interview preparation services, including mock interview practice, AI feedback, role-specific content, and related career development tools. Because access may begin immediately after purchase, refund eligibility is limited.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through your account settings when available, through the payment provider interface, or by contacting support at contact@myinterviewgenius.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period.
Refund Policy
In general, payments for digital services are non-refundable once access has been provided. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, payment processing mistakes, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchasing or using the service.
- Failure to cancel before a subscription renewal date.
- Partial use of a billing period or unused account time.
- Dissatisfaction with interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or AI feedback results.
- Violation of platform terms or account misuse.
Trial Periods
If a trial is offered, the terms of that trial will be shown during signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid plan may begin automatically according to the checkout terms.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, digital resources, or limited-access products are generally final once access is delivered. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact support promptly with the transaction details.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, contact MyInterviewGenius before filing a chargeback so we can review the issue. Chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated by the payment provider.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Payment Providers
Payments may be handled by third-party providers. Their systems, timelines, payment methods, and policies may affect billing, refunds, or dispute handling.
